Our network of emergency medical, travel and security assistance services, The International Assistance Group, IAG, is extensive, reaching around the globe and drawing together the local knowledge and domestic and regional resources of twenty- five partner organizations. Incorporated in Paris, France, the IAG is owned by partner shareholders and is operated by a Paris-based staff.

The IAG network is comprised of 5300 employees operating in 46 countries. In 2008, 87 million customers around the world were protected by the emergency medical, travel and security assistance services of the IAG.
